Fresh Meat is our annual tradition promoting the work and talent of our student body. Like a professional convention, Fresh Meat is an opportunity through which students share their work with industry figures and get attention from the comics press.

Online exhibitor registration for Fresh Meat begins on Thursday, April 12th, at 9 PM. Exhibitors may register as individuals or groups. Exhibitors may select their preference for what section of the Monkey Bar Lounge their table will be placed in, and priority for table assignment will be based on how early you register. Tables will be assigned before the event.

If you are registering individually, you will have a greater chance of being placed in the section you want, but you will not be able to choose your neighbors. You should be prepared with your email address, cellphone number, website URL, debuting minicomic title (if applicable), and table section preference.

If you are registering a group (two or three exhibitors), you will have a lower chance of receiving your top placement choice, but you will have choice over your tablemates. You should be prepared with the email addresses, cellphone numbers, website URLs, and debuting minicomic titles (if applicable) of all of the group's exhibitors, along with the group's name and table section preference.

Space is extremely limited. Be prepared to register as soon as registration has opened.

All exhibitors will be listed on CartoonAllies.com with links to their websites. If you would like an image displayed with your listing, please follow these specifications:
  • Self-portrait, minicomic cover, illustration, comic panel, etc.
    • (Remember that this image will represent you!)
  • 72 dpi, RGB
  • Max length of 250px (either side)
  • Email to cartoonallies@gmail.com with subject line: “Fresh Meat Icon - [Name]”
